Kurta Club believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a transparent and customer-friendly return, cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day of placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier partner for shipping.
Non-Returnable / Non-Cancellable Items
Kurta Club does not accept cancellation or return requests for certain items such as perishable or hygiene-sensitive products, wherever applicable.
However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer is able to prove that the product delivered was damaged, defective, or of poor quality.
Damaged or Defective Products
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer support team on the same day of delivery.
The request will be reviewed and accepted only after verification by the Kurta Club team.
Product Not as Described
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not match your expectations, you must inform our customer support team on the same day of receiving the product.
After reviewing your request, our team will take an appropriate decision regarding return or replacement.
Manufacturer Warranty Products
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to directly contact the respective manufacturer or service center.
Refund Policy
Once your return or cancellation request is approved by Kurta Club, the refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
